Fair play

• Cheats, macros, scripts, or any third-party software that gives an advantage.
• Playing on another person's account, or letting someone play on yours (account sharing and boosting).
• Colluding with an opponent, throwing matches, or arranging results.
• Using more than one platform account.
• Submitting false scores, edited evidence, or misleading statements in a dispute.
• Harassment or abuse in match chat, support or clubs.

• Both sides report every result independently.
• Paid matches require stream or recording evidence tied to the match code.
• Where a publisher offers an official API, game accounts are verified against it. Where no API exists, evidence and moderator review are used instead.

Moderators look at patterns such as frequent disputes, overturned results, no-shows, evidence failures, repeated pairings with the same opponents and shared game accounts. These signals prompt a human review. No one is banned automatically because of a single signal.

• Warning
• Chat mute
• Tournament suspension or cash-match suspension
• Account suspension
• Permanent ban

During a match, use Need help? in the match room so the match details are attached automatically. For anything else, open a ticket from Support.
